Email Settings

Connect your IMAP/SMTP mailbox so the CRM can read inbound mail and send replies.

Identity

Used for the From: header on outgoing email.

IMAP (incoming)

e.g. INBOX, Sent, Sent Items

SMTP (outgoing)

Authentication

Username + password (or app password). Stored encrypted at rest.

Sync

When enabled, the "Sync now" button (right) fetches the most recent messages from the folders above. A scheduled sync will be added later.

Save your settings before testing.

Works with any IMAP/SMTP provider — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cPanel, Digital Pacific, Crazy Domains, etc. For providers that require anapp password (Microsoft 365 with MFA, Google Workspace), generate one in your provider's account security settings and paste it above.
