HiPer OS stays the source of truth for quotes, CRM and project management. Xero stays the source of truth for accounting. This page configures the bridge.
Xero environment variables are missing. Set XERO_CLIENT_ID, XERO_CLIENT_SECRET, XERO_REDIRECT_URI and XERO_TOKEN_ENCRYPTION_KEY before connecting.

The redirect URI you register with Xero must exactly match XERO_REDIRECT_URI and end with /api/xero/callback.
