Quote Settings

Control how pricing appears on client-facing quotes (PDF and the client web link). Internal editing screens always show full pricing to staff.

Terms & Conditions

Edit the default Terms shown via the "View Terms & Conditions" modal on every client-facing quote.

Default pricing display

Used for every new quote unless that quote or its template overrides the choice.

Display toggles

Fine-grained control on top of the preset above. Each quote and template can override these.

Margin health thresholds

Define when a quote's margin reads as Poor, Healthy or Excellent. These drive the colour and status indicator on the workspace sticky header. Defaults: under 20% = Poor (red), 20–30% = Healthy (amber/green), 30%+ = Excellent (green).

Acceptance behaviour

What happens automatically when a client accepts a quote with a payment schedule.

How this is used

The selection above is the system default. Each quote template can save its own preferred display mode (Settings → Quote Templates), and every individual quote can override the mode on the Details tab.

Changing the display mode never affects the underlying pricing, subtotals, GST or stored totals — it only governs what the client sees on the PDF and on their /q/ link.

Use the Preview as client button on any quote to see the customer-facing rendering before sending.
