Terms & Conditions

The default Terms & Conditions shown on every client-facing quote. Clients see a 'View Terms & Conditions' link near the acceptance footer that opens these in a scrollable modal.

Default quote terms

Headings, bold, bullets and numbered lists are supported. Leave the editor empty to hide the Terms link from client quotes.

How this is used

Every client-facing quote view (the /q/ link and the acceptance flow) pulls these terms at render time, so a change here updates all live quotes immediately — no need to resend.

On the proposal page itself the terms aren't printed inline. Clients tap View Terms & Conditionsnear the acceptance footer to open them in a scrollable modal that includes Print and Download PDF actions. On mobile the modal opens near full-screen for readability.

Printing from inside the modal prints only the terms — not the entire quote page.
